We had our home treated by Pur360 this past spring. We had concerns about whether it would work well, as we had several different kinds of treatments with little or no effect. The past services we've engaged have included carpet steaming, carpet cleaning, as well as numerous air purification systems.

Our family room, in the basement, was our biggest concern. We have cats who had sprayed around the perimeters, and then in March, our basement flooded. We had moisture in the walls with a risk of developing mold. The odor was so strong that I couldn't enjoy spending time in the family room. We finally called Pur360 and scheduled a treatment. Much to our surprise, the pet odor and musty smell disappeared. We have no mold in our basement and were able to merely repaint the walls, rather than having to tear out and replace walls.
